An extranet is a powerful web-based system for online collaboration between an organization and its clients, business partners or others outside the organization. Using an intuitive browser-based interface, it enables key employees to instantly create private, secure collaborative areas of a web site.

How does the service work?

We will contract your property with all the major Internet sites with extranet capability free of charge. We will then monitor the activity of your property to insure you are within the local competitive set, have a proper amount of inventory online and are positioned properly within the pages of the site.

Why should I use this service?

Most hotels do not have the resources or knowledge to maintain their extranet capability to it's fullest potential. For no money up-front and a nominal percentage of net revenue, we can dramatically increase your sales on the Internet.

What does this service cost?

Room Results, Inc. charges no money up-front and negotiates a nominal percentage of commission based on net revenue. We only invoice for those guests who have completed their stay at your hotel during our tenure. And remember, our success is dependent on our performance for you.

How do I track my Internet sales?

Room Results, Inc. will do this for you. Along with your invoice at the beginning of each month, we will send you a report of who has traveled.

How long does it take to get started?

We will begin submitting your property to the major third-party sites immediately after contracting. The time it takes from submission to selling varies by retailer. Ask your Room Results representative for more details.

If you already have an existing relationship with a retailer, we can add your hotel to our existing log-in and handle requests immediately.
