Jack began his travel industry career with Delta Air Lines in 1967. In his 22 years with Delta he held positions of increasing responsibility to include the establishment of the Dallas hub, participation in the acquisition and merger of an airline and responsibilities for international market development. In 1989 he joined Wyndham Hotels and Resorts as Director, Sales and Marketing of the off shore division. In 1994 Mr. Westman accepted a senior management position with South Seas Resort Company and later assisted in the development of two wholesale companies and his own sales and marketing company. His vast experience includes formation of central reservations centers and product development and marketing for a major on-line travel company.
Kenn Westman

Kenn started in the travel industry in 1996 by forming a sales and marketing travel company. He has held senior level positions in tour companies, on-line marketing companies, and on-line travel retailers; including the development of the vacation division of OneTravel.com. His areas of specialty include marketing, sales and product development.
Bruce M. Barnes

Bruce is an experienced hotel executive having held jobs as Director of Sales and Marketing of the large convention chain hotels, Sheraton, Marriott and Radisson. In 1988 he joined Ramada Hotel Corporation as Vice President of Sales and Marketing. In 1997 he accepted a senior management position in Asia for Accor Hotels and Resorts and was GM and Senior Marketing executive for two resorts and one large commercial downtown hotel. Bruce spent 4 years in Asia and traveled extensively around the world for Accor. Bruce has a well rounded hospitality background in both sales and marketing as well as hotel operations.
Sue Bruns

Sue is a seasoned veteran of the travel industry. She began her travel industry career with American Airlines in 1987 working with the public and with corporate travel agents. She went on to manage the corporate travel departments of major international companies in the Raleigh-Durham NC area, and was responsible for the management of multi-million dollar travel budgets. She developed policy and procedure for corporate travel accounts as well as negotiated discounted air, car and hotel rates for those accounts. Sue later went on to form her own on-line discount travel company. In 2000, Sue was recruited to start up, develop and oversee all call-center operations, sales, marketing and facilities management of the vacation and cruise division for a major on-line travel company. Sue joins the Room Results team with a strong background in sales, marketing and call-center operations. Her role with Room Results will be to aide in the strategic growth of the company through account management and sales.
